Bergen Thai Day Spa is a therapeutic,  facility owned and operated by Thai people who have maintained a professional reputation by setting and keeping high standards of practice.
 

What is Thai Stretching Bodywork?  

Thai Bodywork in Thai language it is usually called nuat phaen thai (Thai-style Thai bodywork) or nuat phaen boran(ancient-style Thai Bodywork), though its formal name is merely nuat thai. The founder of Thai bodywork and medicine is said to have been Shivago Komarpaj (Jïvaka Komarabhàcca), who is said in the Pàli Buddhist Canon to have been the Buddha's physician over 2,500 years ago. In fact, the history of Thai bodywork is more complex than this legend of a single founder would suggest. Thai bodywork, like TTM more generally, is a combination of influences from Indian, Chinese, Southeast Asian cultural.

Precaution for  COVID-19 !!!

  • All staff will be wearing masks

  • Every staff and client will be checked the temperature before entering the spa

  • Waiting Room: - customers wait outside until the time of your appointment

  • Bed Cleanliness: - Clean Linens will be replaced on the bed before every client

  • Disinfection: - Surfaces, practice tables, tools, bolster, and our general facilities will be disinfected and sanitized before and after session by 70% alcohol. 

  • Each treatment room will be disinfected with UV lamp.
